Think you've got what it takes to win the Taxi Grand Prix Championship?
Create a team, pick your drivers, get racing and you could be going to the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
What it's all about
The Taxi Grand Prix season is made up of five races. Just like in Formula 1, the aim of the game is for your team of drivers to finish the race before anyone else.
Throughout the season there’ll be 100s of prizes up for grabs and the season champion will win an all expenses paid trip to join the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team at the Santander Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
How to Play
During each race you’ll select two real-life taxi drivers from a pool of ten to race for you. Each driver will have to complete a set distance by, picking up real fares in their taxi. Their progress will be tracked via the GPS device on the HTC MagicTM phone that they’ll carry with them in their taxi at all times.
You're not stuck with the drivers you pick at the start of a race either. You can see their progress online and if a driver isn’t performing, simply swap them for another driver.
At the end of each race, points will be awarded to whoever picks the team that completes the race distance in the quickest time. If you’ve got the most points at the end of the season, you will be crowned champion and will be off to Monza.
