I've been driving cabs for 12 years and I chose this job because you get to work the hours you want to. I start my day with a breakfast of chicken omelette and toast - not your traditional brekkie but it sets me up. The longest fare I've had was a passenger who wanted to go from Birmingham to Scotland, over 290 miles!
