Vodafone Taxi Grand Prix Spot Prize Competition

  1. The Vodafone Taxi Grand Prix Competition (Competition) is open to anyone who is resident in the UK and aged 18 or over except anyone professionally associated with the Competition and their families. Entry opens at 0:00 and closes at 23:59 each day (Competition Day) from Thursday 11 June to Saturday 13 June 2009 (Competition Period).
  2. You may enter the Competition on each Competition Day and only your first entry on each day will be counted. On entering the Competition you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. To enter: SMS “Taxi GP” with your answer (either A, B, C, or D) to the question posted by the Race Marshall on the Taxi GP website to 61500. Texts charged at your standard rate.
  3. Vodafone is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
  4. Draw will be performed by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Winners will be contacted on Monday 15th June 2009 via text. There will be 20 winners.
  5. Winners will be telephoned within 24 hours of receiving the text notification when they must provide their full name, mobile number, postal address and email address. If for any reason you cannot provide this information or we cannot contact another winner will be drawn. No compensation will be offered to the original winner.
  6. Each winner will win two stand seat tickets to the 2009 British Grand Prix held on 19, 20 & 21 June 2009 (Prize). The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, insurance and any other costs which are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
  7. Tickets will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the address supplied by the winner and will require a signature or they will be returned to the relevant Royal Mail distribution centre for collection. The Prizes will be dispatched by last post on Tuesday 16 June 2009 and therefore are likely to be delivered on or before Thursday 18 June 2009. Vodafone does not accept any responsibility for any Prizes which are lost or delayed in transit.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In the event that any winner is unable to attend the Grand Prix for any reason they must notify the Vodafone sponsorship department immediately by emailing vmm@brand-rapport.com another winner will be drawn. No compensation will be offered to the original winner.
  9. Vodafone is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, or injury, including death, other than due to negligence, while traveling to or from the British Grand Prix or during the event.
  10. Vodafone is not responsible for the cancellation, suspension or re-scheduling of the British Grand Prix for any reason beyond its control. Vodafone’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Winners and their guest may be required to take part in publicity. Winners and their guest must comply with all terms and conditions of entry to venues and the terms and conditions of the tickets. A list of winners can be obtained by contacting vodafonesponsorship@brand-rapport.com by the 30 September 2009.
